• Chelsea can still work under a special license (which could be revoked in the English Premier League) but jersey sales have been suspended.

• No sales of goods allowed, club shop closed.

• The club will not be allowed to sell new tickets unless those who have bought seasonal tickets are the ones who can go to the stadium

.• There will be no foreign fans in the future.

• Abramovich has been banned from selling Chelsea FC and all its assets in the UK Government

• If Chelsea are sold, the money will not go in any way for Abramovich
